About This Course

This micro-degree equips students with a comprehensive and prac-tice-oriented understanding of how artificial intelligence can be leveraged to drive business innovation, digital transformation, and entrepreneurial ventures.

The course bridges the gap between technical AI developments and real-world business applications, enabling participants to move from basic AI literacy to the design, validation, and pitching of via-ble AI-powered business models or AI-driven transformation strate-gies for existing organisations.

• Design AI-powered products, services, or transformation strategies aligned with market needs.
• Create go-to-market and growth strategies for AI-driven ventures.

• Produce an investor-ready business plan and pitch deck for AI-focused initiatives.

Learning Objectives

• Gain a non-technical yet robust understanding of AI fundamentals, tools, and business applica-tions.
• Identify and validate AI business opportunities using structured innovation and entrepreneurship frameworks.
• Design AI solution architectures and MVP concepts using no-code and low-code tools where appropriate.
• Apply entrepreneurship, innovation management, and financial modelling principles to AI ven-tures.
• Communicate AI business ideas convincingly to stakeholders, investors, and decision-makers.
