Our Hiring Process

Follow your journey from application to interview to your new job

  1. STEP 01

    We look forward to receiving your application. Please send your CV to our People & Culture via LinkedIn or by mail to jobs@german-uds.de
  2. STEP 02

    The People & Culture Team will review your application documents and will get back to you with a response.
  3. STEP 03

    You will be invited to a first initial video call via teams with the People & Culture representative. The video call will take around 30 minutes.
  4. STEP 04

    You will be invited to a second video call via teams with the Hiring Manager and the People & Culture representative. This video call will take around 1h.
  5. STEP 05

    Last step within our recruiting process is an onside visit at our Potsdam office location, called the CloudHouse. You will have the chance to get a feeling of our office environment, meet colleagues and ask final questions. This visit will take around 1-1.5h.
