German UDS Referral Program 2026–2027
The German University of Digital Science (German UDS) Referral Program rewards students and alumni for helping grow our global digital community. Participants can earn €500 for every successful referral, while the referred student also receives €500 tuition support.
Referral Reward Structure
€500
reward for the Referrer & tuition discount for the Referee (new student)
Who Can Refer
To qualify as a referrer, the individual must be: a current German UDS student, OR a German UDS alumnus who graduated within the last 3 years (receives free 1 micro degree)
Who Can Be Referred (Referee Eligibility)
The referred student must:
- Be a new applicant (no prior application or enrolment)
- Successfully apply and enrol in a German UDS program
- Not be referred by another participant (first referral wins)
How the Program Works
Referral Submission
Referrer submits a referral to admissions@german-uds.de, including:
- Full legal name of the referee;
- Email address associated study program application account of the refereeApplication
Referee applies to German UDS
(must indicate referrer details during application)Enrolment & Payment
Referee:
- Accepts offer;
- Pays deposit / first tuition installment (minus €500)Reward Trigger
Once payment is confirmed:
- Referee receives €500 tuition reduction;
- Referrer becomes eligible for €500 reward
Terms and Conditions
1.Payment Condition
- Rewards are only granted after the referred student enrols and pays
- No reward for: - Applications without enrolment - Withdrawals before payment - Unmet admission criteria
- This referral program is applicable to new referrals only
2.Reward Payment to Referrer
- Paid as: Bank transfer OR Tuition credit;
- Alumnus – 1 free micro degree
- Paid within: 30–60 days after enrollment confirmation
3.Non-Duplication Rule
- Cannot be transferred to another intake;
- Only one referrer per student
- First valid submission takes precedence
- No retrospective referrals are accepted (already referred students/prospects)
4.Fraud Prevention
- Self-referrals are not allowed
- Fake or duplicate accounts will lead to: Disqualification; Cancellation of rewards
5.Combination with Other Offers
- Referee (€500): Can be combined with scholarships;
- Can be combined with Early Bird
6.Program Changes
- German UDS reserves the right to: Modify or terminate the program at any time;
- Adjust reward levels if needed
