“The Founder's MBAs” is a joint marketing name for two separate, independently accredited degree programs, delivered and awarded separately by each institution under its own accreditation: the International MBA (Università degli Studi Guglielmo Marconi / Berlin College of Business and Technology GmbH, Berlin) and the MBA Digital Transformation (German University of Digital Science gGmbH, Babelsberg). No joint degree, joint accreditation, or joint diploma is awarded. Each institution is solely responsible for its own admission decisions, curriculum, and degree requirements.
Two awarding institutions, a working startup building instead of a lecture hall, and faculty who have built ventures rather than only studied them.
You'll graduate with one degree from Italy and one from Germany, giving you two recognized qualifications instead of a single degree with an extra certificate.
Your classes take place where hundreds of founders, startups, and tech companies work every day. Instead of learning in isolation, you'll be surrounded by people building real ventures.
The program is founded by experienced professors who have spent years creating successful ventures. Their focus is on preparing students with the skills employers and startups need today, not just teaching theory.
Both tracks run in the Berlin/Brandenburg region and each institution makes its own independent admissions decision.

Awarded by Università degli Studi Guglielmo Marconi (Rome, Italy), delivered by BCBT in Berlin, under Italian Ministerial Decree 270/2004.
MBA Digital Transformation
Awarded and delivered by German University of Digital Science gGmbH, state-recognised by Brandenburg's Ministry for Science, Research and Culture, ASIIN-accredited.

Delivers the International MBA in Berlin
BCBT runs its programmes inside a working startup building in Kreuzberg, alongside hundreds of founders, startups, and tech companies — with a standing weekly founder gathering on site.
A 13-week, phase-based founder track open to enrolled students - from entrepreneurship fundamentals to a pitch in front of investors and mentors.

Fundamentals & ideation
Entrepreneurship fundamentals and structured ideation with mentor feedback.
BCBT puts International MBA students inside a working startup building in Kreuzberg. A standing weekly public gathering for founders already runs on site and is open to students on campus.
Private offices and coworking inside a building that already houses hundreds of founders, startups, and tech companies. The weekly networking and founder-talk experience already exists rather than needing to be built.
On the German UDS side, the Impact Project connects students directly to industry and research partners, and Career Weeks add site visits to companies and research institutions.
