Olaf Peter Schleichert

Olaf Peter Schleichert serves as Senior Lecturer and Presidential Advisor for Executive Education at the German University of Digital Science (German UDS).

He is an internationally experienced executive, academic lecturer, and transformation leader with more than two decades of global experience at the intersection of strategy, artificial intelligence, data analytics, and large-scale organisational transformation. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles in leading global consulting firms where he served as Partner and was instrumental in founding and leading flagship institutions in Europe.

Mr Schleichert serves as Chief Executive Officer of Sanam, a Saudi-led strategic advisory and consulting platform focused on large-scale transformation programmes across government, education, healthcare, and AI-driven digital ecosystems in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC.

In his role at German UDS, Mr Schleichert contributes to the strategic development of Executive Education, advising the President on positioning, partnerships, and international market access. As a Senior Lecturer, he designs and delivers executive-level programmes in areas such as digital transformation, AI strategy, data-driven leadership, and governance of emerging technologies. His teaching combines academic rigour with extensive real-world leadership experience, addressing the needs of senior executives, public-sector leaders, and decision-makers navigating complex transformation environments.

Mr Schleichert holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University (United Kingdom) and has lectured at a number of leading universities in Europe and the Middle East. His work reflects German academic excellence combined with a strong international and applied leadership perspective.
