Working Student Sales Development (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

  • Support the sales team in attracting and engaging prospective students for German UDS programs (e.g., MBA, Master, Micro Degrees, online courses) 
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and informational materials for potential students and partner institutions 
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate data on prospective students, alumni, and institutional partners 
  • Help coordinate and follow up on digital campaigns, webinars, and online recruitment events 
  • Participate in team meetings, provide regular updates on ongoing tasks, and suggest ideas to improve student acquisition and engagement 
  • Support administrative tasks related to the enrollment and onboarding process of new student

Your Profile

  • Enrolled as a student in business administration, marketing, sales, communication, or a related field 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, approachable style 
  • Highly organized and strong time management skills; able to handle multiple projects smoothly and deliver results on time 
  • Proactive and motivated mindset with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment 
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English 
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or CRM systems is an advantage 
  • Proficient in MS Office and other common digital applications
