As a Working Student in the People & Culture team, you'll be at the forefront of exciting initiatives that are transforming our workplace.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Contribute to People projects that blend technology and human-centered approaches
• Assist in developing innovative employee engagement and well-being programs
• Help us in set up processes and systems in the user-friendliest way
• Learn about and help implement the latest People trends and best practices

Your Profile

You are an organizational talent who likes to take on responsibility and maintain an overview - both in the office and digitally. You are familiar with the challenges of working in a modern, dynamic environment and enjoy optimizing processes and actively shaping change.

• Ideally you are studying Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or a similar subject area
• Professional communication skills at all levels in English and German
• Experience with HRIS systems
• High organizational skills, initiative and a structured way of working
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
