Your Tasks

As a working student in the People & Culture team, we look forward to your support throughout the entire employee life cycle. This includes, among other things, the following tasks:

  • Support in recruiting and searching for new talents
  • Support with initiatives to improve our corporate culture and internal processes
  • Accompanying people processes such as contract management, data maintenance or meeting preparation
  • Support in developing innovative programs for employee retention and well-being

Your Profile

You are an organizational talent who enjoys taking responsibility and keeping track of things - both on-site in our office and in the digital world. You are familiar with the challenges of working in a modern, dynamic environment and enjoy optimizing processes and actively shaping change.

  • Ideally, you are studying in the field of Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or similar
  • At best, you have initial professional experience in the People & Culture area in a digital work environment
  • You have good organizational skills, initiative and a structured way of working
  • You possess excellent communication skills, both in German and English
