What we are looking for
- You have completed a relevant university degree as well as a qualified doctorate and a habilitation or additional research/academic achievements as an equivalent
- You have a passion for innovation, extensive experience in digital teaching for our MBA, M.Sc. and B.Sc. study programs and proven methodological and didactic skills
- You have extensive experience in working with interdisciplinary (research) teams and in acquiring third-party funding
- You show team spirit, have strong intercultural skills and are willing to actively participate in a dynamic, agile, and international team and play a key role in shaping the development of a new type of university
- You are characterized by initiative, flexibility, „thinking outside the box“, a passion for new technologies and the urge to break through traditional structures
- We expect you to have an excellent command of English and be adept at using all digital tools

The People & Culture Team will review your application documents and will get back to you with a response.
STEP 03
Teams Video Call
You will be invited to a first initial video call via teams with the People & Culture representative. The video call will take around 30 minutes.
STEP 04
Second Round Call
You will be invited to a second video call via teams with the Hiring Manager and the People & Culture representative. This video call will take around 1h.
STEP 05
Final Step & Decision
Last step within our recruiting process is an onside visit at our Potsdam office location, called the CloudHouse. You will have the chance to get a feeling of our office environment, meet colleagues and ask final questions. This visit will take around 1-1.5h.
