PR & Communications Manager (d/m/w)

Your Tasks
The PR and Communications Manager is responsible for shaping and managing the organization’s public voice across all channels.
This includes the following responsibilities:
- Shape our content strategy - create and oversee high-quality content across all our channels, especially LinkedIn and Instagram
- Gather all necessary information from the various stakeholders and ensure that information is correctly processed and made available
- Ensure linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and brand consistency
- Develop and implement PR strategies
- Manage reactive communication and press inquiries with speed and quality
- Prepare executives for interviews, speeches, media briefings, and public appearances
Your Profile
Required skills and qualification
- A bachelor's or master’s degree in the field of Communication, Marketing, Media Management or similar
- Several years of professional experience in Content Management and Corporate Communications
- Strong project management skills and experience in managing complex, interdisciplinary projects
- Critical and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) - English (B2) and German (native)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with an entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and a structured, results-oriented approach to work
