Digital Agile Leadership (3 Weeks)

In today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape, digital technologies alone are not enough to drive transformation. Organisations must adopt new ways of working and organising to fully unlock the potential of digitalisation. The Digital Agile Leadership programme is designed for practitioners and managers in business and government who seek to lead this change and embed agile, human-centred approaches that enhance operational excellence, employee empowerment, and customer value. This course blends online learning with practical exercises, empowering participants to lead with agility and drive meaningful digital change.

Over three weeks, this intensive course equips participants with the mindsets, methods, and tools to become Digital Agile Leaders. By the end of the programme, participants will be able to:

• Build and lead agile teams within their organisations;
• Implement tactical interventions using a powerful agile toolbox to advance strategic digitalisation goals;
• Identify and act on opportunities for agile-driven digital transformation.

Week 1: The Agile Leadership Toolbox
Participants explore foundational frameworks including Human-Centred Design, Design Thinking, Lean Start-Up, Lean UX, Scrum, and SAFe, enabling them to foster agility in their teams and projects.

Week 2: Strategic Organisational Analysis and Strategising
Learners engage with methods for navigating complex organisational environments, including “clumsy” analysis and messy systems thinking, and chart strategic roadmaps for digital transformation.

Week 3: Designing and Implementing Tactical Interventions
Participants learn to craft agile interventions tailored to their organisational context and harness existing resources to drive and scale transformation efforts.
